Giving yourself goals each month is a very EASY way to stay on track. Start out by giving yourself reasonable goals, then work up to the big ones!
Example: This month, my goal is to eat out twice and spend only $40.
Then in a couple of months, get bigger!
Example: This month, I want to pay off my Visa Credit Card.
Reward yourself, too! The bigger the goal, the bigger the reward!
Example: When I eat out only twice, I will reward myself with a dessert at the end of the month.
When I pay off my Visa, I will reward myself by spending an whole day doing something I really love!
